Ingredients

2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. (.454 kg) ground beef or chicken
1 Tbsp. Southwestern Mesquite Rub & Seasoning
1 tsp. Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 tsp. Mango Chili Lime Seasoning
¾ cup medium heat salsa
1 bag restaurant style taco chips
2 cups shredded Tex-mex cheese
3 greens onions, chopped
Sour cream

Instructions

Place oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and seasonings. Cook until beef is fully cooked; drain all liquid. Add salsa, stir to combine. Spread tortilla chips on baking sheet; layer ground beef mixture over chips. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes. Garnish with onions and sour cream.
